These Terms & Conditions govern your use of ContactLensDirect.com and your purchase of products from ContactLens Direct LLC. Please read these Terms carefully before using the website or placing an order. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

ContactLensDirect.com is operated by ContactLens Direct LLC, 30 N GOULD ST STE R SHERIDAN, WY 82801. We sell contact lenses directly to consumers in the United States.
2. Contact Lenses Are Regulated Medical Devices
Contact lenses are medical devices regulated in the United States. A valid contact lens prescription is required to purchase contact lenses, including cosmetic, colored, plano, or non-corrective contact lenses. We do not sell contact lenses without a valid prescription or lawful prescription verification.
3. No Medical Advice
Information on our website is provided for general informational and shopping purposes only. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. You should consult your eye care professional for eye exams, fitting, lens selection, prescription questions, comfort issues, redness, pain, vision changes, infection concerns, or any other eye health matter.
4. Eligibility and Account Use
You may use the website only if you can enter into a legally binding agreement. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.
5. Use by Parents or Guardians
A parent or legal guardian may place an order for a minor where permitted by law and where the minor has a valid contact lens prescription. The parent or guardian is responsible for providing accurate prescription information and ensuring that the minor uses contact lenses only under the direction of an eye care professional.
6. Orders and Acceptance
Placing an order does not mean the order has been accepted. We may accept, reject, cancel, limit, or hold an order for reasons including prescription issues, product availability, suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, payment failure, shipping restrictions, or legal compliance. We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or limit quantities to any customer, account, household, shipping address, payment method, or geographic area, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
7. Prescription Requirement
By placing an order, you confirm that you have a current and valid contact lens prescription for the exact lenses ordered, including brand, material or product, power, base curve, diameter, and any other required parameters. You authorize us to verify your prescription with your eye care professional when required.
If we cannot verify your prescription or if your prescription is expired, incomplete, inaccurate, or does not match the product ordered, your order may be delayed or cancelled.
8. Customer Responsibility for Prescription Accuracy
You are responsible for entering prescription and eye care professional information accurately. We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, discomfort, vision issues, or other problems caused by incorrect information you provide, outdated prescriptions, or ordering lenses that do not match your prescription.
9. Product Information and Availability
We try to display accurate product descriptions, images, pricing, availability, and other information. However, errors may occur. Product packaging, design, availability, manufacturer information, and pricing may change without notice. We do not guarantee that all product descriptions, images, or prices are error-free.
Some products may be temporarily unavailable, discontinued by the manufacturer, delayed by suppliers, or subject to allocation. We may contact you if a product is unavailable or if the order cannot be fulfilled as placed.
10. Product Images and Packaging
Product images are provided for convenience. Packaging, label design, box size, manufacturer branding, and product appearance may differ from website images. Always read the product box and instructions before use.

13. Insurance Reimbursement and FSA/HSA
ContactLens Direct LLC does not currently process vision insurance claims directly. Customers may submit claims independently to their vision insurance provider using the order invoice, receipt, prescription information, and supporting documentation provided with the purchase. Reimbursement depends on the customer's vision insurance plan and is not guaranteed by ContactLens Direct LLC.
Where eligible, contact lens purchases may qualify for FSA or HSA reimbursement. Customers are responsible for confirming eligibility with their plan administrator.
14. Shipping, Delivery, and Risk of Loss
Shipping terms are described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated. We are not responsible for carrier delays, weather delays, incorrect addresses, mailroom issues, package theft after delivery, or delays caused by prescription verification or product availability.
15. Returns and Refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refund Policy. Because contact lenses are medical devices, opened, used, damaged, altered, or expired products are generally not returnable unless the issue is due to our error or a verified manufacturer defect.
16. Product Safety and Proper Use
You agree to use contact lenses only as directed by your eye care professional and product instructions. Do not share contact lenses. Do not wear lenses longer than prescribed. Do not sleep in lenses unless your eye care professional has specifically prescribed extended wear. If you experience pain, redness, irritation, discharge, light sensitivity, blurred vision, or discomfort, remove the lenses and contact your eye care professional immediately.
17. Decorative, Colored, and Plano Contact Lenses
Decorative, colored, costume, and plano contact lenses still require a valid prescription. These products are not cosmetics or ordinary fashion accessories. They must be fitted and prescribed by an eye care professional.
18. Recalls and Product Notices
If we become aware of a product recall or safety notice affecting products purchased from us, we may contact affected customers using available contact information. You are responsible for keeping your account and contact information current.
19. Website Content and Intellectual Property
All website content, including text, graphics, logos, images, product page layout, design, software, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to ContactLens Direct LLC or its partners and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may use the website only for personal, lawful shopping purposes.

26. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ContactLens Direct LLC, its owners, managers, employees, contractors, service providers, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or personal injury claims arising from misuse of products or failure to follow professional advice.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a product or order will not exceed the amount you paid for the product or order giving rise to the claim.
27. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ContactLens Direct LLC from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your misuse of the website, breach of these Terms, false or inaccurate information, violation of law, or misuse of contact lenses.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law rules. To the extent a dispute is not subject to another required process, the parties agree to the state or federal courts located in Florida, unless applicable consumer law provides otherwise.
